Mr. Carlson is the co-founder of the firm, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Trust Committee of Brandywine Trust Company. He is also a Member of the Board and a Managing Director of Brandywine Trust Group.
Mr. Carlson served as the President & CEO and the Chairman of the Trust Committee of Brandywine Trust Company through 2025.
Prior to the formation of Brandywine Trust Company in 1992, Mr. Carlson held a progression of accounting, operating and management positions in the family office and registered investment advisory predecessors to the firm, where he began his career in 1982.
Mr. Carlson holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from Seton Hall University.
